Should Patti Labelle go to jail?

I think she sent 3 people to beat up a West Point cadet at an airport for standing too close to her luggage. I saw the tape and the kid clearly gets ambushed and is trying to defend himself against 2 guys a lot bigger than him and a woman who attacks him to. While he's bleeding on the ground one of the guys gets in his face and then walks away. The police are on Labelles side, but were not there at the time, and were fans of the diva. Airport security says they saw the kid get ambushed while on his cell phone and that he had no way of knowing what was about to happen.So my question is, if it can be proven that Labelle ordered her bodyguards to assault the cadet, could she go to jail?
