Will i lose weight by living this routine everyday, or is there no hope for me?
im 20 years old, 178 pounds...i work out twice a day, about 30 mins each, concisting of leg lifts, squats, side kicks, and sometimes push ups on the back of the couch, i cant do any exercises on the floor because its an old dirty broken tile floor. i also do these exercises here and there throughout the day, or when ever i can. also when ever the weather is nice i will take my dog for a walk, but since i live in the mnts the weather hasnt been suiting my walking needs. i have no money for a gym membership and no transportation to go anywere. we only have a selected amount of food in the house..so im not able to go on a healthy diet or anything...i can only eat what we have at the time, or sometimes i dont eat at all because theres nothing to eat, which is probably putting myself into starvation mode. probably the reason why i weigh so much is because when we do have something to eat i gorge myself and it probably all sticks to me because my bodys fearfull of not having very much food in the next couple days. i really need to lose weight, and my lifestyle and home situation makes it extreamly hard for me to lose weight, is there anything i can do to help?
