im 20 years old, 178 pounds...i work out twice a day, about 30 mins each, concisting of leg lifts, squats, side kicks, and sometimes push ups on the back of the couch, i cant do any exercises on the floor because its an old dirty broken tile floor. i also do these exercises here and there throughout the day, or when ever i can. also when ever the weather is nice i will take my dog for a walk, but since i live in the mnts the weather hasnt been suiting my walking needs. i have no money for a gym membership and no transportation to go anywere. we only have a selected amount of food in the house..so im not able to go on a healthy diet or anything...i can only eat what we have at the time, or sometimes i dont eat at all because theres nothing to eat, which is probably putting myself into starvation mode. probably the reason why i weigh so much is because when we do have something to eat i gorge myself and it probably all sticks to me because my bodys fearfull of not having very much food in the next couple days. i really need to lose weight, and my lifestyle and home situation makes it extreamly hard for me to lose weight, is there anything i can do to help?

I'm 5'9 and weigh 164 lbs. Had a baby 10 months ago and gained about 40 lbs or so. I have been working with a trainer doing weight/strength training 3 times a week for 2 months. Running about 2 miles a week on my own. I'm not really dieting, but I eat pretty well during the week. On the weekends, I admit-I cheat a little. But I don't gorge myself or go crazy or anything. I just can't seem to lose this weight. My trainer says its what I eat, but I'm not eating that bad! And whenever I do actually diet, I still can't lose the weight! I just can't break past 164 lbs. Ok so I was on our boat yesterday sitting on the top and we went over a bump and I jabbed my head against this metal point, it looks like the corner of a car door. In the after-school fights I've watched, the guys usually start off the fight boxing it out but rage fights go to the ground eventually so be prepared to headbut and whatever it takes. I have been pregnant twice before and miscarried each time. Neither of the times was anything this bad. I should start out by saying that I've always been a very active person up until about 3 years ago. When I was in highschool I raced dirtbikes and played tons of sports. I was under 100lbs till my senior year when I "grew up" and weighed 135, which I respectably say that was my ideal weight. I was still very active and ate healthy. My only problem was my very active and large appetite. Which back then was ok, because I was active. So, I got hurt one year, got on birth control, and started a job where I sat on my butt 8 hours a day. I gained 40lbs in 2 months. Now I am up to 180 since then. My problem being, my large appetite never went away. Recently I've started to exercise regularly, and I'm also trying to diet and eat healthy. But since I've been exercising, my appetite is getting larger and I'm wanting to consume more carbs and calories since I'm burning them off. My question is, how do I fight the cravings and temptations gorge down an entire cow? I can't afford any specialty shakes or smoothies from the diet companies, half the time they don't work anyways. I want to be the healthy, active me again. What should I do?

Ever since i was little, i never wanted to go outside and play with my little friends or play tag or something. i would always get short of breath and i always felt sluggish, even though i dont constantly gorge on big macs and diritoes. i eat relatively healthy now. but im now, even though i get enough sleep, drink enough water, etc, i always feel tired for no reason. i also feel dizzy and fatigued. a really crappy embarrassing thing is my breathing. whenever i even talk for a few minutes, i feel out of breath. i get out of breath constantly. im talking sitting inside with the AC on. last november i had my gall bladder removed, upon which i was diagnosed with endomitriosis and given the birth control rod to control it, which has been BAD and i am hoping to get it out soon. i have had extreme constipation problems my whole entire life. im wandering whats next. please, someone, tell me whats wrong with me, or give me a few diseases. i dont drink soda, and get over 8 hours of sleep. i want to be active and my dizziness, shortness of breath, fatigue, and nonexistent energy level prevent it. please, help.

How to lose fifty pounds in four or five months?

I'm 13, 5'3, and 150lbs. I know I'm basically obese (though I gained the weight evenly all over my body so I don't look obese, just chubby) and really need to lose the weight before the next school year, since I currently home school and will be going to public school next year. I'm fine with exercising, but it's dieting that I have a horrible time with. Ever since I can remember, I've been ADDICTED to sugar. When I was a little kid, my parents would only let me eat a little bit everyday, so I didn't get fat. But eventually, since I got older, they stopped making me only eat a little bit, so I basically went crazy for about two years and gorged myself with candy bars until I puked. I'm not blaming my parents for this at all, they warned me I would get fat. So now I'm obese, and can't get rid of all the fat because I'm addicted to sugar. I don't want become anorexic or anything, but a lot of the time I feel like that's my only hope of getting skinny. Is there some way I can still eat some dessert and lose weight? Like maybe one small thing a day? Or do I just have to completely do away with sugar for good, which my parents have advised me to do, especially since diabetes runs in my family. And is there a way I can lose weight without my breasts shrinking? I'm a C cup right now and really don't want to shrink to an A cup or anything.

i took my jack russell out from 8 weeks old ... no puppy pads ... you should take the dog out every two hours around the clock for four days ... and then after every meal, every play session, after walking up the pup should be taken outside ... and patience ... if you are standing there getting annoyed the pup is taking so long, the pup feels that and sometimes it will stop them from going ... so be patient :O) and reinforce with appropriate crate training (one hour in the crate for every month the dog has been alive up to 6 hours in total) ... the dog should never be left unattended until he is housebroken because you can't discipline what you did not see ... and when watching the pup try to catch the cues he does before he has an accident so when you see him start to turn around or sniff, you can call out hey and hurry him outdoors ... when my pup was than young i would sometimes scoop her up and carry her outside to avoid an accident indoors ... that housebroke my jack with one accident in 12 years ... and of course, don't forget the extreme praise for every drop of urine and every poop the pup drops outdoors :O)

I have a family friend, (my mom is friends with his mom) he is the youngest of 3. The oldest and youngest (boys) are VERY spoiled but the middle (girl) child is independent and easy going. How can I prepare for my first sparring for Boxing?

2 months later I'm going to be sparring with the chairman of my gym (former WBA Minimum weight boxer who was world ranked 3rd) and I really want to impress him as he knows I have been working really hard in the gym. How can I stop my dog from peeing in his kennel?

We have 3 pit bulls and all stay in there kennel when we are gone to work. My two females never mess in there kennel. But my male Zeus is a diff story! He won't pee in the house like on my carpets or anything its just in his kennel. We have taking him to the vet to make sure nothing was wrong with him and he checked out good. No issues. His kennel is only big enough for him to stand, lay down and stretch a bit. But he pees all the time in the kennel and licks most of it up. He is covered in his on pee every day. We wash him, wash the kennel and even sprayed some no go in there. One of us is always home and they go out to use the bathroom every 3 hours. I don't give him any water after 6 pm and take him out b4 bed and when we wake up there's pee every where. I don't want to beat him for this. My husband is so aggravated with him that he actually said if he doesn't stop within 2 weeks he is gone. : ( So please any help would be wonderful. He also gorges him self on water til his stomach gets hard and he throws up. So we watch how much water he gets so he doesnt get too much. Alright the title may be a bit misleading, I am a bad person. But first lets give the background information! I will be attending college in Texas this upcoming fall 2011 Semester. Everything is all dandy, except one thing. My Dorm does not have Wifi. Now I know the first thing would be, Why do you need wifi in a 12' by 12' room? WELL the answer is that at times I want to work on my bed, or have some sort of freedom and not work at my desk 24/7 with an ugly ethernet cable. I want to be able to use my ipod for browsing the internet because sometimes its faster than loading up the computer etc... Unfortunatley for watever reason my College seems to think we should not have any routers. I for one, refuse to obey this law, and so i am indeed a bad person. But in all fairness im not planning on doing anything illegal, or obstructing anything. All i want is the freedom to work anywhere i want in my room, or use the interent function on my ipod. So i was browsing all through out the internet, and came upon stories with individuals who also faced the same problem but they figured out soultions to the problems. They said what they did was lower the signal level to just their rooms, kept their wifi password protected, and wifi invisible ( meaning that the only way you can find the wifi signal is if you knew the name of the network, and the password.) Is feeding your dogs 2 times a day better than leaving food out all the time?

I have 4 dogs,the youngest is a Pomeranian puppy and she is 6 months old.Our 3 older dogs range from 8-13 years old and we have always left food out for them to graze. The puppy does not gorge herself but potty training is so hard because I never know when she eats so she tends to poo when you are not looking.Would it be to hard on the older dogs to go to a twice a day feeding? I would suggest going to your dr right away just in case it is a deer tick containing Lyme disease bacteria or any co-infections. if you still have the tick bring it with you so it can be tested. also, keep an eye out for any bullseye rashes that may or may not appear at the bite. about 50% of people get the rash. with the current tests there is a 30-50% chance of a false negative, so most drs will put you on 1-2 weeks of doxycycine (antibiotic) as a precaution which I would highly recomend. I am on my second IV treatment for Lyme disease and hate to see anyone else have to suffer and try to spread awareness. Lyme is no joke and I suffer from a long list of symptoms which prevent me from working or living a normal life and I'm only 28. please go to your dr asap. best of luck :]

I have a terrible habit that I need to break. I start each day great - I work out, eat super healthy, have all these great plans, then at about 3pm I basically just give up. I flew from Milwaukee to Tampa to visit my Mom when my daughter was 4 months old. I brought a big container of formula and empty bottles. I bought bottled water when I got through security. I didn't have any problems getting through as far as them checking through our things, but it was such a pain in the *** trying to take off shoes, empty pockets, etc with a baby.

Hello, first let me start from the beginning. I work at a store with a drive through, so if someone passes the speaker without ordering we call it a drive up. I am new to this store and someone said there was going to be a "pull through" so I said, do you mean a drive up? Flying alone with layovers, 15 yrs old?

Hi, I'm going to be flying from Bradley International Airport to Durango Colorado in November, for a teen writing thing.This will be my first time flying alone, and there are two layovers. Any tips or suggestions?

Can I leave the airport and come back in during a layover?

You can leave the airport, but you will have to go back through security. Don't know if you've been to an airport but there are usually places to eat and if you don't want to leave you can go there maybe they have wifi? you don't need a passport unless you're leaving the country. You will need your ticket to get on the plane.

Sounds like your levels are off somewhere, prob. ammonia or nitrates, and stressing the fish. Get your water parameters checked (ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, ph). If you don't want to buy a test kit, take it to a pet store and have it tested. You're best bet would be to take it to a store specializing in fish if you have one available and they may be able to give you good advice about whats going on in there and how to fix it. 20 mollies would require 40 gallons at a minimum, so if your tank is smaller than that, you're probably seeing the effects of ammonia poisoning or high nitrates, especially only doing maintenance every other month. Nitrates are the least dangerous thing in your tank, but high levels are very dangerous and the only way to lower them is water changes. Switch over to 15% weekly water changes and a 25% once a month when you clean your filters, ornaments, and glass. Also try cutting back to feeding once a day and only what they can completely eat in around one minute (scoop out any extra after that). Like I said, get your water tested and post the levels on here. We could help you a lot more if we had that information.

Everything that we own was in a storage unit by the airport. On Sat. June 23, 2011, we went to go put some stuff in our storage unit only to find that we had been robbed. All of our family air looms, kids toys, most of our clothes, my husband’s tools, all of our hunting, fishing and camping equipment even our silverware and files are gone. Anything that was in a box is gone. We have lived in California, in some not so nice areas and have never had anything like this happen to us. The storage facility has gone over video tape to see if they can catch the person, however they are telling us that there is nothing they can do about any of our things and they are not liable. The storage found the man who took all of our things as well as 7 other storage units and the police will not do anything. They have told us they will assign a detective in 10 to 12 days. I had hoped that Utah would be a better place then what we have experienced. I do not care about most of the things. I only want to try to get the family air looms back. Some of those have been in our family for 4 generations. Please if there is anything that you could do to help that would be wonderful. Thank you.

Okay so I am a very lean guy, I weigh 132, I am five eight, 28 inch waist, seven percent body fat, but since I was casted as gaston for my ballet company's production i was asked to bulk up, so i have been doing three sets of eight, of the heaviest possible weight, i have been gorging on everything!! I have been eating thee protein shakes a day, an eight ounce chicken breast for lunch with rice, for dinner oatmeal, and for breakfast six egg white omelette sandwich, no cheese, a pound of strawberies, a banana, and a half a cup of peanut butter, that is the minimum, and i only eat healthy, very low in fat or no fat, but i have been eatinh a lot!! it's crazy, i feel like i'm getting bigger in a muscular sense, but in mhy stomach i lost my six pack, it's getting a little flab like it's a flat tummy but i lost my pack, what the hell!! i do cardio four times a week, and strength for three times. suggestions?

What to wear on an airplane?

Ok, so tomorrow I am going to be flying from Spokane, WA to Chicago, then from Chicago to Frankfurt, then from Frankfurt to Paris, France. i was just wondering im coming up to 2month not having my monthly and getting a bit worried ive done loadsa pregnancy test but theyve come back im not pregnant. i have put a bit of weight on and some days feel quite nausea tired dizzy. i did use to be on the depro jab but when i went to see my nurse about this as i stopped using the jab last year and had my first period feb was on for a week and about a month later was on again so was regualr but since then i havent had one i asked her is this why iv not come cause of that jab but she said would not affect me as im sorta in a routine again if you get me so ive left it a few weeks and still not come on im justt starting to get a bit worried thats all hope some one can help me cheers
